19 May Meet Victoria Richardson

Victoria Richardson (or Vicky as most people call her) is a System & Automation Strategist whose passion in life is to help business owners streamline their internal processes to save time and optimise their capacity for future growth.

Originally from the UK, Vicky worked for BMW for nearly a decade using their state-of-the-art systems and she grew to love the efficiency and streamlined approach that BMW mastered.  She was the Warranty Administrator for many years processing thousands of claims through codes to Germany. With the introduction of ISO 9000, Vicky was also tasked with writing procedures documents for the Administration Team and responsible for training staff so they could rotate between roles. 

Later, Victoria became the Company Administrator for her husband’s IT company which was one of the first WIFI installation companies in the UK, doing large scale operations.  She was responsible for Recruitment, HR, Payroll, Health and Safety, Accounts, Customer Service and even fleet management.  The company experienced overnight success and growth when they secured the WIFI installation contract for the Best West Hotels group in the UK. This is where she learnt how important it is for private companies to have streamlined systems and processes with an underlying ability to scale quickly and smoothly.

With over 27 years of experience working in a range of businesses from startups to international companies, Vicky really as an eye for streamlining workflows and removing clutter. She believes that technology is only one part of the equation and equal attention should be given to the customer service and user experience.

Today Victoria believes that with the right systems and use of automation, any small business has the ability to have the efficiency and outstanding customer service that we have grown to expect from international brands such as BMW.
