I’m Lauren Bryant—an international award-winning Small Business Specialist, twin mum, and the founder of Empower House. With a background in automotive and finance, I’ve seen firsthand how a “duct-taped” backend can bottleneck even the most brilliant founders. I’ve spent the last decade as a “professional hand-holder,” helping women move out of the hustle and into scalable, sustainable businesses that actually support their lives.

 

Whether we are connecting over a cheeky beverage at The Brunch Club, untangling your roadmap in a Strategy Session, or building your business a Forever Home, my mission has always been to support, educate and empower you in building your business and community.

 

Since 2016, Empower House has been more than just a business hub; it’s a community built on genuine connection and giving back. I’m incredibly proud that, thanks to our guests and partners, we’ve raised tens of thousands of dollars for vital charities like Beyond Blue and local women’s refuges.

The Brunch Club is the ultimate brunch event for people in business – think TEDx talks over delicious food and drinks. I started this in 2018 after visiting too many networking events that left me with nothing but a handful of business cards and a bad taste in my mouth.

 

We welcome a new guest presenter each month on the Gold Coast and Brisbane to share their wisdom in a space where business cards and sales pitches are a no-go. It’s about genuine connections, a cheeky beverage, and plenty of laughs. We’ve also raised tens of thousands of dollars for charities like Beyond Blue, Act for Kids, and local women’s refuges.

The Business Club course is for small business owners who are passionate about what they do & want to learn how to have their best business ever. This course will suit:

With Business Club you can learn how to start, run, and grow your business in easily-to-digest lessons, track your progress and be held accountable, receive online support, and join a supportive online business community. Business Club has been designed to fit in with your life:

 

  • Each lesson topic has its own video (3-10 mins max) and text format,
  • Some with templates, spreadsheets, workbooks and downloadable tools.
  • My intention is to give you 60 – 90 minutes of time to learn and work on your business each week.
  • There are 33 lessons, including 2 bonus lessons, divided over 6 modules.
  • The content is set out in weeks but this is purely my suggestion.
