My name is Paola Gomez. I am the Mindset and Leadership Coach at PG Strategies. And through my business consulting, leadership coaching programs and leadership workshops, I help women in business like you to live your success, develop your leadership skills, and make a difference through meaningful action.
I am originally from Colombia, I have been in Australia for 3 years, and I lived in New Zealand for 9 years. At home we speak 3 languages. Starting from scratch in 2 different countries taught me that the sky is the limit and all limitations are only in our mind, with the exception of circumstances we can’t change. I love to empower women, help them to have one small win after another, build confidence, believe they can do anything they set their mind to, and to feel they are enough.
I was not happy with what I was doing with my life and decided to choose me. I knew it was time to stop being the best employee, so I decided to create my own business where I can give 150% of myself and to my clients. I chose my passion, I took a leap of faith, and a chance on myself. Since then, I have not looked back.
