My battle with addiction was a journey through a long, dark tunnel. At my lowest point, faced with the stark reality of a life slipping away, I realized the urgent need for change. The decision to seek help and commit to recovery was the first, crucial step towards a new dawn. Recovery opened the doors to a world I had almost forgotten—the world of health, strength, and well-being. Joining a gym on the advice of my psychologist was more than a physical endeavour; it became a sanctuary, a place where each challenge overcome was a step towards reclaiming my spirit and vigor. My personal victory over addiction ignited a passion to support others facing similar battles. This led to the creation of ‘Sobriety Delivered Everything Alcohol Promised’, a narrative of my journey, and the development of the ‘Fearful to Fierce’ program, designed to empower individuals through their own transformations. Today, I stand before you as a personal trainer, author, and motivational speaker, dedicated to guiding those lost in the shadows towards the light of wellness and self-discovery. My life, once defined by the struggle with addiction, now shines as a beacon of hope for others. Every day, I embody the principles I teach, proving that a life well-lived is the best testament to overcoming adversity. My journey from darkness to empowerment is not just my story—it’s a shared narrative of resilience, offering hope and strength to all who seek a better path.

At Brunch Club I will share with you: My ‘Fall from Grace’ and subsequent recovery. My commitment to destigmatizing addiction, driving impactful change, and positioning myself as a key influencer in the global conversation on recovery and resilience. Leading meaningful conversations around narrative change in an alcohol obsessed culture, collaborating with advocates, recovery centres, organisations, & schools. I am on a mission to ‘pay forward’ the gift of wellness by coaching others, helping them structure their lives to incorporate all facets of wellness and find their sense of self-worth again.

The Brunch Club is a strictly no sales, no business cards, no pressure networking event. While I encourage you to meet new people, have a great time and expand your knowledge base – this is the event to come to if you’re sick of 30 second spiels and having business cards forced upon you. I want everyone who comes along to feel comfortable, supported and welcomed! 💕 When you meet a fabulous person that you’d like to connect or collaborate with, forget the business card and be a little creative.
