A lover of entrepreneurship, and now high-performance coach, Amanda Pulford co-founded WeThink Business with her younger sister Natalie in 2016.  Across their two offices, they have been providing coaching and consultation services to 6, 7, and 8-figure business owners in all industries with the premise of keeping things simple, effective and outcome driven.

Working in the space between where established business owners are now and where they want to be.  Amanda’s focus is on building confidence, freeing up time, finding purpose and ensuring profitability, so her client’s business supports them now, and into the future.

With more than two decades of experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Amanda started learning and implementing performance coaching and motivation principles while still in college.

In 2007, Amanda founded her first multi-6 figure business – a unique fitness studio that was the largest of its kind in the world and over nine years grew to a team of twenty female employees.  She has featured in The Financial Review, and was fortunate to be a State Winner and National Finalist for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for Innovation, along with a few other National Fitness Industry Awards along the way.

Amanda has now dedicated over 35 years to coaching clients and mentoring individuals to exceed their perceived limitations while fostering a culture of empowerment, achievement and inclusiveness.

Driven by her personal experience, Amanda is a passionate advocator for domestic violence prevention, women’s education, and community support for homelessness.  Amanda has mentored numerous non-profit organisations, including The Sanctuary Women’s and Children’s Refuge, Griffith University Sisters Program, Women’s Watering Tree, the Queensland State Government, as well as other support NFP services.

Before starting her own business, Amanda spent 10 years as a media executive in Television, Radio, Press and Digital Media,  she has trained corporate sales, has a Post Masters Degree in Marketing, is tertiary qualified in Training and Assessment, holds a Diploma in Business Management, Advanced Diploma in Social Media, is certified in DISC, an accredited member of the Trusted Advisor Network, Cert 4 in Fitness plus loads of other fitness quals…and will be back studying human behaviour later this year.

As a single mother of 3 beautiful children born 15 months apart, Amanda shares some of her experiences and strategies on maintaining integrity, self-management and personal development which can be shared across both our personal and professional lives.

Business is a direct reflection of us, the business owner.  Our business is simply an extension of ourselves, and if things aren’t going too well in our business, we need to look into the mirror simply because if we want things to change, we need to change…no matter how uncomfortable that might be.
