The business was established 12+ months prior & experienced huge growth, including 6 staff, using Google Workspace for most processes including: calendar management, email, client files, templates, important documents. They also used the accounting package, Xero.
While these systems had been useful up to this level, the business needed a new system to streamline & automate the business to allow for growth, & enable staff to focus on working with clients. It was also time for a new website to make the right first impression & integrate with the new business management system.
The business system solution chosen was PowerDiary. We began by importing current client data, setting up calendars & permissions for each practitioner, created custom forms, templates, notifications etc. Then completed a staff training & handover session. PowerDiary was integrated with Xero for one click data transfers between systems.
The website was built on WordPress, including an integration to PowerDiary for referrals & bookings.
Finally, the client & I had regular strategy sessions where we discussed numbers, goals, created staff KPI’s, next moves, & more. I am pleased to say the business has since grown in the number of staff, clients, & turnover, & was sold for a $multi-million price tag.
