As a human being we have a physical body, but also a mental body, emotional body and spiritual body. For many people they primarily focus on 2 areas and often wonder why their life and / or business is not where they desire it to be. They are either external focused or internal focused. For us to live life as the highest possible expression of ourselves, it requires us to be in alignment with all 4 areas, which means understanding how they each work individually as well as together. When all 4 bodies are activated and in alignment with one another it allows us to step into our higher self and operate from a place of joy, happiness, ease, grace and abundance.
