I’m Ashleigh Conwell. Triplet mum, widow, CEO, founder, keynote speaker & podcaster passionate about helping women own their stories & embrace resilience.
Life often writes plot twists we would never choose. For me, 2020 brought unimaginable loss and pain: the sudden passing of my husband while pregnant with triplets, the death of my father-in-law and beloved granddad, a traumatic ordeal in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – all amid a global pandemic and an unrelenting media storm.
But I refused to let these tragedies define me and found a way to create joy, even in the darkest chapters of her life. I speak candidly about navigating grief, trauma and public scrutiny, sharing practical ways women can take control of their stories, embrace their inner strength and live fully – even when it feels impossible. I speak with vulnerability, wisdom, and humour, to leave audiences feeling uplifted and equipped with tools to write the next chapter of their lives with intention and joy. While I encourage you to meet new people, have a great time and expand your knowledge base – this is the event to come to if you’re sick of 30 second spiels and having business cards forced upon you. I want everyone who comes along to feel comfortable, supported and welcomed! 💕 When you meet a fabulous person that you’d like to connect or collaborate with, forget the business card and be a little creative.
