Today, she is a Certified Cuddle Therapist, mental health advocate, and author of Fierce & Fabulous, a guide where she shares the mindset shifts, movement routines, and tools that helped her reclaim her health and happiness. Known for her work in healing touch therapy, Missy empowers others through platonic connection and self-care practices, encouraging individuals to live authentically and boldly.
