Caroline Brunne is a powerhouse of purpose and impact. An award-winning trauma survivor coach, breathwork facilitator, author, public speaker, and survivor advocate, Caroline has transformed her personal story of childhood sexual abuse and incest into a beacon of strength for others. She is the founder of the INSupport Community, a peer-led support network for child sexual abuse survivors, and works alongside her accredited therapy dog Louie to create safe, healing spaces for those navigating trauma. Her accolades speak volumes—Gold in the 2024 Beam Awards (Women Supporting Women), Gold in the Gold Coast Girls in Business Awards (Creating Change), and Silver in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business (Social Change Maker of the Year). Yet beyond the titles and recognition lies a woman who leads with heart, honesty, and an unshakable commitment to change.
In her keynote “Boundaries – How to Create and Maintain Your Island,” Caroline offers a compelling, vulnerable, and empowering perspective on survivor self-care. Drawing from her lived experience and the frameworks she’s created in her own life, Caroline explores how boundaries are not just about protection—they are about healing, autonomy, and thriving. Her concept of building your own “Island” is a practical and powerful metaphor for identifying who belongs in your space and how to safeguard your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. With clarity, compassion, and lived wisdom, Caroline will walk audiences through actionable steps to define, communicate, and uphold boundaries that honour their truth. This presentation is ideal for women navigating recovery, relationships, or redefining their identity—and can be tailored to intimate women’s circles or delivered as a keynote at large-scale events.
