Along the way, I have learned to let go of perfection and embrace the beautiful messiness that comes with motherhood. While my life may be messier, my heart is fuller.“\n\n\n\nHowever, Elisha also recognised that motherhood can be incredibly tough. That’s why she created a village of like-minded mothers through the Social Mama App. Without this community, the tough times would be even tougher and the joys of motherhood wouldn’t be shared over events, love, and laughter. In the midst of the pandemic, Elisha launched the app when she was also seeking a community to call home. Elisha says “I wanted to meet mothers who “get it,” and that’s exactly what I found.“\n\n\n\nWhat began as a Facebook group with a few members has now grown into the Social Mama App – an all-in-one hub for mothers to connect with one another through events, shopping, and services. We now have over 2000 members in our closed group and thousands of users on the app. The next update is about to go live in just a couple of days, and the Social Mama App is available on both the App Store and Google Play.\n\n\n\n“So, to all the mothers out there, I want to remind you that it takes a village.
